Guji Hambela
Hambella Ethiopia by Mina Roastery is a single-origin coffee that takes you straight to the highlands of Ethiopia’s Guji region, where coffee cherries ripen at elevated altitudes that give the cup a bright character and rare aromatic complexity. In every brew, red fruit notes emerge clearly, then unfold into layers of stone fruit, before settling into a soft floral finish that gives the experience elegance and balance.
With Hambella, Mina Roastery presents a classic Ethiopian experience, yet with a contemporary spirit suited to a specialty coffee palate; a cup that is lively in character, elegant in aroma, and radiant in flavor. It is equally suited to an elevated start to the morning or to a focused tasting session in which clarity, beauty, and precision are all sought in the same cup.
Recommended Use:
Hambella by Mina Roastery is ideal for those who enjoy bright and clean cups; therefore, it is best suited for brewing methods that highlight clarity of flavor and aromatic complexity, such as filter coffee, V60, Chemex, and Kalita. This coffee expresses itself best when served black, allowing its notes of red fruit, stone fruit, and delicate florals to come through with clarity.
For the best experience, it is recommended to brew it at a medium to medium-fine grind size, using clean water at a temperature between 90 and 94°C. It is particularly well suited for morning tasting sessions or for moments when a lively, elegant, and balanced cup is desired—one that reflects the precision of its origin and the beauty of its washed process.
